Bob LimbockerBorn and raised in Seattle, WA, Bob has studied guitar for ten years under the close tutelage of Lonnie Mardis, guitarist out of the New England Conservatory. Upon completion of his degree at the University of Washington, Bob traveled to Barcelona, Spain for one year where he played and studied a vast array of musical genres. Bob cites numerous influences ranging from the seminal recordings of João Gilberto and Antonio Carlos Jobim to the recent recordings of John Scofield. Some of Bob’s appearances include  “Blues to Do” TV, Benaroya Hall, and Qwest Field as well as numerous other local venues.   As a teacher, Bob strives to reach his students through the music they really want to play, keeping the lessons fun, focused, and motivating.
